Now apply voter ID card through mobile app.

Ahead of next year’s Tamil Nadu Assembly polls, an Electoral Assistance System tapping mobile and online facility for accessing voter details, was launched in Chennai Friday, claimed to be the first such in the country. Through the new facility – EASY – a voter can get his or her voter card or make changes through mobile phone, by telephone, or by online portal service, State Chief Electoral Officer Sandeep Saxena Saxena said, launching it. ”We have introduced for the first time in the country these type of facilities, through which duplication of voter details can be avoided and one can get the voter identity card in 15 days,” he told reporters in Chennai. Huawei has introduced a new smartphone called the Enjoy 5. Priced at RMB 999 (roughly Rs. 10,196), the new Huawei smartphone has been announced for the China market. Huawei hasn’t revealed when the Enjoy 5 phone will be launched in other markets. The Enjoy 5 is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery, which is said to deliver 10-12 days of standby time. The phone is also capable of reverse charging. Interestingly, the Enjoy 5 manages to weigh about 160 grams despite a large battery. Overall phone measurement is 143.1 x 71.8 x 9.7 mm. The smartphone has a 5-inch HD display. It runs EMUI 3.0 based on Android Lollipop 5.1 and is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 SoC with quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. The Enjoy 5 features 13-megapixels rear and 5-megapixels front-facing cameras.
