Apple iPad Mini 4 Goes On Sale In India, Price Starts At Rs. 28,900: Specifications & Features.

A month after its introduction at an event in San Francisco, the Apple iPad Mini 4 is available to buy in India. It is available to buy from online retailer Infibeam and carries the same price tag as the Apple iPad Mini 3 that was launched last year.

To recall, the iPad Mini 4 is powered by a 64-bit Apple A8 processor and features a 7.9-inch display with 2048×1536 pixels resolution and 326ppi pixel density. Based on storage, it comes in three variants- 16GB, 64GB and 128GB. The device sports an 8 mega pixel iSight rear camera with auto focus and a 1.2 mega pixel front facing camera.

The device comes with 5124mAh battery which according to the company, is good enough to survive for up to 10 hours on moderate usage.

The Apple iPad Mini 4 is currently available to buy from online retailer Infibeam in three color options- Space Grey, Gold and Silver. The 16GB variant of iPad mini 4 with Wi-Fi is priced at Rs. 28,900, 64GB at Rs. 35,900 and 128GB at Rs. 42,900. The iPad mini 4 with Wi-Fi + Cellular can be grabbed for Rs. 38,900 for 16GB model, Rs. 45,900 for 64GB variant and Rs. 52,900 for 128GB model. We expect the device to go on sale via authorized Apple retailers across the country in the coming days.

Apple’s iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones also went on sale in India last week. Both devices are available to buy from online retailers such as Amazon India, Flipkart, as well as offline Airtel stores, The Mobile Store and authorized retailers in India.
